A package of extensions using GitHub Actions

Package the extension for Firefox and Edge using GitHub Actions. There must be a certain number of people who want to use Scratch Tools on the Firefox and Edge add-on stores. (At least my friends do) Also, the versions currently published on the Firefox and Edge add-on stores are significantly different from the latest version, causing confusion. Considering these points, I would like to make it easy to respond to these issues using GitHub Actions.
