Feature Setting Page with Banner

When I first saw the settings page for the extension, it was filled with text, and in order to understand it, I had to read every single word. Since it's displayed in a grid, it would be more intuitive to add a banner at the top of each item to represent the feature, making it easier to find the feature. If this isn't preferred, you could add an option to display or hide the banner. Alternatively, since there is a page at https://www.scratchtools.app/features/, a link to that page could be included instead.
