Setting for 'More Paint Functions' to return copy and paste

'More Paint Functions' gives you some (possibly) useful buttons but it decides itself to hide the 'delete' 'copy' and 'paste' buttons which i think should be a setting as i dont think it would be too cluttered and would really like these buttons back.
