More Mentions

Scratch, like many sites, has ways to mention users with @ and tags with #. But what about easy ways to mention projects or studios? I propose **More Mentions**. Projects can be mentioned with ! and then the project id like this: !123456789, while studios could be mentioned with a $ (these could be changed in settings). Additional mentions could also be created with custom links and start characters. All mentions added by this tool are automatically converted to the link it refers to when they are typed. User, project, and studio mentions can now also be searched through, showing possible results after typing a few characters. (I'll make mockups when I have a chance)
